Inspired by the Past and Present:
During Umino’s Young Lion days, just before his overseas training in the UK, Neilsen met him and learned of his admiration for Momoiro Clover Z’s Aarin (Ayaka Sasaki). Inspired by this, Neilsen created a manga-style portrait of Umino back then, which he’s now reimagined to reflect the current Shota Umino. -
Playful Use of Pink:
The design incorporates a vibrant pink color palette, tying back to Umino’s connection to Momoclo and adding a unique twist to this wrestling collaboration. -
Wrestling Meets Art:
The piece reflects the unexpected connections and serendipity that make professional wrestling so exciting.
