Celebrate Shota Umino’s first IWGP World Heavyweight Championship victory and the start of his "PARADIGM SHIFT" era with this exclusive collaboration item featuring artwork by Neilsen!

Design Details:

• Inspired by the Past and Present:
  During Umino’s Young Lion days, just before his overseas training in the UK, Neilsen met him and learned of his admiration for Momoiro Clover Z’s Aarin (Ayaka Sasaki). Inspired by this, Neilsen created a manga-style portrait of Umino back then, which he’s now reimagined to reflect the current Shota Umino.
• Playful Use of Pink:
  The design incorporates a vibrant pink color palette, tying back to Umino’s connection to Momoclo and adding a unique twist to this wrestling collaboration.
• Wrestling Meets Art:
  The piece reflects the unexpected connections and serendipity that make professional wrestling so exciting.

Neilsen’s Profile:

• Birthplace: Tokyo, 1971
• Education: Graduated from Tama Art University (Graphic Design Department)
• Career Highlights:
  • Worked as a lead designer for numerous Tokyo-based comedy shows, including Ramen’s, Tokyo 03, and more.
  • Created artwork and designs for a wide range of projects, from comedy shows and variety programs to music concerts and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
